The Urban Land Institute challenge aims to use technologies to add conveniencies to urban living, such as smart city innovations. Its target for this year is the town of Poblacion in Makati, which is one of the most urbanized cities in the Philippines.
Gov aims to be a platform that integrates key government services into one cohesive system.
